New Customers will receive a one month trial. If the account is cancelled within that one month any payments will be refunded. IF cancelled after the one month trial a minimum of one month payment will be required. Cancellations prior to payment option completion will be prorated and any payment over the usage will be refunded. The one month will be in addition to the service sign up - if signed up for 12 months the term of service for First time customers will be 13 months for the first term.
Activity that results in a suspension or deactivation of an account will result in a forfeiture of fees paid. Excessive complaints made regarding abuses of an account will be grounds for suspension and/or deactivation. A deactiveated account due to violation of policy will not be reinstated.
Web Design
Web design pages will be custom designed. Consultation will be via phone, email and orthe methods necessary. Counsultation is included in the pricing -special elements of the web design may have additional charges. Graphics may be submitted via email, disk or photo hard copy. There is no extra charge for scanning photos for page inclusion. Payment is due upon completion and customer approval. Cancellation of work in progress will have a cancellation fee unless cancelled by designer or special conditions agreed upon at the time.
Remote Receptionist
Remote Receptionist service is set up to be utilized in two methods. First by setting forwarding on your telephone to the Receptionist number set up for your company (forwarding service must be set up on your phone by local phone company). The second method is to use a dedicated 800 number or dedicated local number for all calls going to the Receptionist.
Remote Receptionist forwarding would be the preferred method and the Receptionist can be turned on and off as the need arises. Calls received during the day are forwarded to you via email, FAX, or phone at the end of the business day or prescribed time periods. You may access your current calls at any time by simply calling the Remote Receptionist number and telling the operator your company name and assigned PIN code.
The Remote Receptionist will answer the phone with your business greeting and conduct business in a professional manner that will be highly complememtary to your company. Upon establishing the service severla pionts of information will be gathered to enable us to answer your phones where your customer does not realize thaey ar not talking to someone directly in your office. This service gives a more personalized touch than the old fashioned answering service.
Custom Software
Established in 1968 C.U.S.O.F.T. has been involved in producing software for many Large and small companies. Customers have access to their personal space on the Advadyne web site to quickly and easily download modifications and updates. Terms of service are set to accomidate the customer and their needs. Custom software in its released stage maintains a two year upgrade and warrenty. Requested changes to functionality during the two years does require a negotiated cost that can be established in the original contract.
