Due to the nature of this service Returns are not an issue.

Web Hosting has a one month trial period and may be cancelled anytime prior to the ending of the one month trial without cost. For cancellation during a month: (over two days retains the entire month charge but will end subsequent charges) For pre-payment of service any unuse portion of the service will be refunded.

In case of cancellation due to SPAM, Porno or illegal or objectionable matter The fees will be forfited and possible legal action initated to recover losses by service.

For Remote Receptionist, cancellation will be calculated on a month to month basis - For Pre-Payed service cancelled prior to contract completion the refund will be calculated on time used and subsequent discounts not earned will be deducted prior to refund.

Payment for web design is not due until Site approval.
