Any and all information collected on any Advadyne Technology owned site is considered personal and private.   We believe a persons information is theirs alone and no other person or company has any right to use that information, unless approved by the rightful owner of that information. We take privacy seriously. Therefore we promise and agree that:

• No personal information is to be shared with, sold to or given to any other company or individual.
  

• Email addresses are not kept on file unless you have purchased a service that the address is necessary for business communications and/or if periodic update of sales, information or newsletter is requested by you.  Addresses are kept under secure encrypted format and are not shared with other companies and/or individuals.  Email addresses are not transported between Advadyne departments or other Advadyne owned companies.
  

• Any opted information may be stopped instantly by returning or sending an email, requesting to "unsubscribe" or "Opt out", to that department or division.  There is no waiting time - no other emails will be sent upon receiving your cancellation request.
  

• Credit Card or E-check  information may be requested from you for purchases only.  Any further charges must be made by you at the end of each period, if applicable or set up on automatic charge, at which time the information will be securely retained. in an encrypted format
  

• Credit Card and E-Check information is used in a secure environment and operated under  Pay Pal services.  This information is not retained unless continued automatic renewal is selected. All information is encrypted with the highest technology available..  
   

• When needed, Credit Card or E-check, information may be sent to us by transmission through our secure web site, emailed,  mailed, telephoned or FAXed
  

• Any Credit Card or E-Check information used for automatic charges will be erased from the files upon cancellation of service or cancellation of automatic charges.
  

• If for any reason you receive unwanted or not requested information apparently from any of the Advadyne group please send the entire email plus header to :
